Shipping

We offre free shipping with USPS First Class Mail, including tracking service. We require a signature for orders of more than $500. If you need a signature service or insurance for any of your shipments, you can select the service in the shipping options on your cart. Sarah Elise does not accept liability for loss package claims if your package is signed at delivery.

We do recommend UPS express shipping options if your order is needed urgently. Please note we are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping couriers.

A tracking number will be emailed once your order is shipped.

We use DHL Express or UPS for our International Standard Shipping. The delivery timeline is 2 – 5 business days. There may be duties and taxes incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for. Please note that Sarah Elise has no control over these fees, and we cannot advise the costs as they vary by country. For more information, please get in touch with your local customs office. Keep in mind that we’re not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.

Gifting

Every Purchase is treated as a gift. It can be gift to yourself or to your loved one. You will not need a gift box with Sarah Elise Packaging. Each piece is beautifully placed in our gift box and Suede Sarah Elise Pouch. During checkout, make sure to indicate which piece is a gift so we'll make sure to include a gift receipt.

Our packaging includes a classic white gift box, suede pouch and authenticity card. Our gift notes are printed with your special message. It will be printed exactly how it is entered, so make sure there are no errors and no emojis are used! We want to make unboxing special for everyone, even when it's a gift for yourself! That said, we will combine items into one box if it is not indicated that it is a gift.

We're not able to accommodate shipments of additional packaging alone at this time, as there will be increased shipping fees associated.
